Features of the base

Standard 210Lx170Wx40T mm Aluminum die casting base is rugged, but lightweight and portable.
Base is reinforced for added rigidity & strength.
Four base leveling screws for precise drilling alignment, even on the rough surfaces.
Center mounting slot accommodates anchor bolts, or an optional vacuum assembly holds the machine securely on the working surface.
Minimum distance to centerline of the hole from wall is 45 mm.


Features of the column

Rigid steel column. 810mm Lx50 mm square, bolts securely into the base.
Optional built-in jackscrew provides stability for ceiling or wall bracing.
Gear rack is welded solidly to the front of the column.


Features of the drilling head

Precision rack and pinion gear system.
Single-lever" slip-through" feed handle.
Locking bolts on the carriage locks the head assembly in four positions.
Sealed motor switch with overload protection.
Standard maximum bit capacity of 160mm.
Optional PRCD device.
