■ Strip processing range: 0.3～1.6T × 40W; Wire processing range: φ0.6～φ3.2mm
■ YSM-36T Strip & Wire Forming Machine can produce all kinds of computer shrapnel, electronic or lighting components and automobile fastener parts.
■ Upgrade the traditional electric box to PLC touch screen. All production information and error indication will be clearly shown on the screen.
■ Double cams on forming slides. Returning of forming tool will be driven by backward cam. The backward cams along with slide sensors can prevent forming tools from being stuck and damaged and preserve the lifetime of tools.
■ INTERCOM automatic NC tapping from Italy can also be mounted in YSM-36T for tapping solution. Components can be completed in YSM-36T without the second process.
