Detail Specifications / Descriptions
The goal of heat treatment is to enhance the quality of the product. Heat treatment consists of two types of processes: The first type is the carburization process: In this process the products are dumped onto a magnetic conveyor belt, washed with hot water, carburized in a furnace, quenched in oil, washed in hot water, tempered, and packed as finished products.
Next we will introduce the spheroidization furnace process: In this process the products are dumped onto a conveyor, washed with hot water, annealed in a furnace, quenched in oil, washed with hot water, tempered, soaked in oil, and packed as finished products.
Before being put into the furnace, the materials listed on the products' labels need to be checked in order to make sure they match those on the work sheet. The furnace temperature is carefully monitored and the CP value is strictly controlled under the heat treatment. The core hardness and torque value are measured following heat treatment, and afterwards the products are placed in a storage area to await shipment.
