Ground Joint Coupling

An all purpose coupling, the ground joint sets consists of a female stem, female spud,wing nut, The female spud has NPT and BSPT threads to accept the NPT & BSPT threads of a rigid connection or male NPT and BSPT Male stem. Widely used for air, water,steam,the ground joint is secured with an interlocking clamp. By replacing the female spud of a ground joint with a double or male spud, hose to hose ground joint connections or hose to rigid connections are simplified . Double spud for hose to hose connections are threaded NPS male x NPS or BSPP male, For hose to rigid connection, the male spud is threaded NPS male x NPT or BSPT Male.
