This item SY-5899S is extended from SY-5899 Heavy Duty T Clamp, considering to high pressure enviornment which may face shaking problem, we develop a kind of spring and set it into original SY-5899 T-bolt Hose Clamp but make longer screw. It will make its anti-shaking ability better.
Our T-type hose clamp is manufactured by the latest technology with advanced quality and higher capacity.
The most difference between this product and the conventional T -type hose clamp is on the new T-type part which is made of Aluminum-zinc alloy and formed into one piece by high pressure die casting that makes it with more tensile strength than the conventional T-type part which was the iron plate bent and processed by stamping for several time. We also provide all #304 grade S.S. material for satisfying all needs.

After SGS testing, the heavy duty hose clamp got effective torque value as high as 270KGF.CM. The max damage (destroy) torque can even reaches more than 350KGF.CM.
