The idea of this bike is quite different from a traditional one. This patented new bike can grow with your kids since the distance between the two wheels can be changed instantly. It has been a tough process to develop the sliding mechanism, in which the fitting parts have to be fabricated with very high accuracy. The main sliding parts were processed with as many as 40 procedures. From drawings to real parts, fully automatic machines were employed to ensure virtually zero tolerances. The bushing and shaft fitting was strictly examined for a perfect operation. The final goals could never been achieved without patience, determination, and financial support. The major frame of the bike can survive a hundred thousand time vibration tests.
To ensure smooth sliding in and out, the second and third sleeves must remain straight and aligned under the load of 100 kg. No mismatch is allowed when stretching and retracting, so that high security is guaranteed. This also overcomes the disadvantage with a traditional folding bike.
