The hydraulic and oil-pressure installation is widely applied in different kinds of mechanical equipment. With the increase of mechanical operation time, the operating fluid of hydraulic and oil-pressure installations are gradually polluted. The pollutant is a kind of muddy mixture consisting of magnetic particles, sticky matter, liquid, and other substances. There are a considerably wide range of pollutant sources, including pollutants interfusing from the air or container, dropping in during manufacturing or assembling the mechanical equipment, and generated due to friction when conducting mechanical manipulation or caused by deterioration of the operating fluid. If these pollutants are not cleared, they will flow everywhere into the hydraulic and oil pressure installation along with the operating fluid when conducting mechanical equipment operations. With long-term operation, these pollutants will create such problems as mechanical failures occurring frequently, maintenance and parts replacement, mechanical precision decreasing, filter clogging, etc. Thus, the operating fluid is replaced frequently to maintain the cleanliness of these operating fluids.

Master Catcher improves the shortcomings above by using advanced magnetic materials and a special magnetic circuit design. Master Catcher can create a wide and powerful magnetic field around it to catch and adsorb the pollutants inside oil more effectively and cut down the operation and maintenance cost of hydraulic or oil-pressure equipment.

Product Description
Master Catcher consists of a stainless steel body, powerful permanent magnet and special magnetic materials, both front and side of which are with strong magnetism that can form a high efficiency capturing magnetic field, and the bottom of which is with weak magnetism that can appropriately provide attractive force to fix the main body so as to easily take and place Master Catcher by hand during application. The oil-resisting rubber is available for the bottom of Master Catcher to form a bumper pad convenient to separate, take, and place the Master Catcher. The interior of Master Catcher is entirely sealed with resin to prevent liquid infiltration, and the stainless steel carrying handle on the side of Master Catcher can be laid flat or pulled up according to requirement.

Product Advantages      
Compared with the products of the same dimension (100 * 100 * 35 mm), a Gauss meter is applied to measure the magnetic flux density of surface in any following position, and the measured result is listed in the table below. The measured positions A, B, C, and D are situated in the front and side of the casing, and the high magnetic flux density is required to create a wide and powerful capturing magnetic field. The magnetic flux density of the Master Catcher herein is increased by 0.5 times to 3 times compared with the existing products on the market. The measured position E is situated in the bottom of the bumper pad, and the low magnetic flux density is required to prevent the fluid bath taking on a strong attractive force that would make the operation difficult. The magnetic flux density of the Master Catcher herein is much less than that of the existing products on the market.

Installation Mode
1.Modes of emplacement: The rubber bumper pad is placed downwards on the bottom of the fluid bath
2.Position of emplacement: The following appropriate positions are available and optional
*Backflow position in fluid bath
*Region with low liquid flow velocity
*Front of filter
*Front of liquid outlet
*Section where all liquids flow across

Cleanliness and Maintenance
1.This product doesn't require power, expendable supplies, replacement, or maintenance, and it is required only to regularly clear the impurities and dirt adsorbed on its surface.
2.It is recommended to utilize the following frequencies for clearing:
*New machine & platform: Conduct the clearing operation after commissioning prior to leaving the factory; afterwards, conduct the clearing operation only when oil changing or overhauling.
*Original machine & platform: Conduct the clearing operation only when oil changing or overhauling.
3.Cloth or sponge can be applied to wipe this machine when clearing, and the machine can be positioned again and operated after cleaning.
