2.High-strength steel metal via Full penetration welding framed machine base is used.
3.High rigidity and load balance are the main design features of the machine in order
to keep excellent accuracy.
4.Suitable to bevel size 1/2”~ 62” 90° LR & SR, 45° elbows for both carbon and
stainless steel materials.
5.PLC based control system is used. Cutting speeds are adjustable according to the size
and wall thickness of the fittings.
6.Two types of auto feeding: slide feeding and turn table are adopted. Hydraulic feed
system is used to make two heads work simultaneously to ensure quick and effective
cutting for time saving mass production.
7.Floating tool device is equipped which can be used on the oval-sectioned pipe machining.
