Assembling the Gy6 engine

Now, let's assemble the Gy6 engine!
First, put some oil on the bearing's.
Then, put the chain and the crankshaft to the case.

Then, roll and adjust it.
When put the gasket, don't forget to apply some glue.
Put the cylinder case, then next step.
To inspect the space between the cylinder and the case.
Put the oil pump.
Put the screws.
You will find that the screws are 2short, 2 long.
Put the gasket again.
And pins.
Put the piston into the cylinder.
Then, use pin to connect the piston with the crankshaft.
Put the g-ring to the track.
Put the cylinder fix with the case.
Put the gasket and the cylinder head.
Use chain to fix the camshaft.
Put the rocker kit.
Put the chain adjustor.
Check the chain loose or not.
Check the space of rocker kit and adjust the valve.
Finally, put the head on it!!
