We devote to manufacture transformer lamination for industrial uses. With material of JFE CRGO and annealing, the product can fully release the qualities of grain-oriented electrical steel. An ideal coil is distributed evenly all around the circumference of the torus. The symmetry of this geometry creates a magnetic field of circular loops inside the core. This not only makes a highly efficient transformer, but also reduces the electromagnetic interference radiated by the coil.
The desirable features are: high efficiency, stable quality, compact volume, light, low magnetic leakage and hum, and minimal electromagnetic interference.
From slitting, winding, annealing and shipping are all in-house process, the one-single stop is not just cost-effective but also total solution.
