Three Stage Filter( Water-soluble cutting fluid use):
1.First Stage:
Filter oil mist
(Paticles≧20μm)
2.Second Stage:
Filter Water mist
(Paticles≧Sub-micron)
3.Third Stage:
Filter oil fumes
(Paticles≦0.1μm)
*Interior:
First : Turbulent flow plate- reduce the air drag and pressure loss.
Second: Two filters- First is the stainless steel inclined wires, it can filter the oil mist. Second is resin fabric, it can filter water mist.
Third: Filtering drum-With fiber carton material, hence it can filter water and oil fumes.
