Jon Wai Machinery Works Co., Ltd. Founded in 1971, is one of the most professional manufacturers of innovative plastic injection molding machines in Taiwan. The company's affiliate-Taiwan Bottle Cap Corp., a renowned business group-helps it develop practical and reliable products.

Jon Wai says it has set up sales and service centers in more than 50 nations around the world, lending credence to its claim to be one of Taiwan's most outstanding exporters of plastic injection molding machines. Drawing upon the experience developed over three decades, Jon Wai is capable of offering a full range of plastic injection molding machines. Major product lines include toggle clamping system machines with a capacity ranging from 55 to 6,000 tons, hydraulic clamping machines from 50 to 280 tons in capacity, thermosetting plastic machines from 60 to 500 tons in capacity, two-color machines, powder PVC (polyvinyl chloride) machines, high-speed/multi-sequence/close-loop machines from 100 to 300 tons in capacity, and gas-assisted injection systems.

Jon Wai claims it has many world-renowned, multinational companies in its customer base. Most products are sold to these big customers on an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.

Controlled by a high-performance servo valve, the TW-series thin-wall container molding system produced by Jon Wai allows the thin-wall molding of multiple cavities by using high-capacity molding with an accumulator injection circuit. The TW-series' cycle time is reduced to a minimum level with the help of a high mixing and plasticizing screw, allowing for plasticizing in a short period of time.
