Proray Hi-Tech Lamps Shining Just as Bright as Those of Big Boys

Proray Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. Is a young and energetic automobile lamp manufacturer established early this year by a management team consisting of a group of experienced professional technical engineers. Proray currently concentrates on the design and manufacturing of high-end fog and truck light products, and the company claims that it is actively and continuously expanding its product lines to also encompass spot, driving, off-road and headlight items. Taking safety and quality as top priorities, all Proray-made automobile light products will be placed on the market only after they have attained key safety standards in major export markets including the U.S. (SAE) and Europe (ECE).

With superior manufacturing capability, Proray claims that all of its automobile light products have a diamond angle reflector made with electroplated steel plate using one-piece-form pressing. Proray says that the metal reflector is a trendy substitute to replace both BMC-plastic counterparts, which cannot be recycled, and aluminum-alloy models, which cost much more and thus elevate unit prices. The production of metal diamond angle reflectors, however, Proray says, requires higher-level pressing techniques and higher-end equipment, which means more intensive investment.

Proray is very proud of its professional optical design capability. All optical designers in the company use the most advanced three- dimensional (3D) computer software to design the reflectors inside the lights, permitting every light- ray generated from a source to be effectively controlled and directed for best illumination effect and precisely in the required beam intensity and shape.
