Multifunctional Rotary Disks From Ching Yuan Shun

Established in 1986, Ching Yuan Shun Enterprise Co., Ltd. Specializes in the production of hardened aluminum-alloy multifunctional rotary disks. It is an affiliate of Peiping Precision Enterprise Co., Ltd., a well-known producer of tool- and cutter-grinding machines.

Thanks to its long-term efforts to develop sophisticated manufacturing technologies, Ching Yuan Shun has obtained several patents both in Taiwan and mainland China. Its products are made of pure aluminum alloys imported from France and the U.S.

"We use state-of-the-art production equipment at our plants to ensure the high quality of our products," says Chang Pen-hua, president of the company. He adds that his company's products have passed stringent tests conducted by the government-backed Metal Industries Research and Development Center.

Ching Yuan Shun's claims that its auto rotary disks can resist front loads up to 300 kilograms and side loads up to 180 kilograms. They can also resist a side collision when falling from a height of up to four meters, Chang notes.

With a work force of 20, Ching Yuan Shun is capable of rolling out 30,000 auto rotary disks per month. The disks are suitable for use in dining tables, sofas, television stands, computer tables and other furniture items. The company can deliver products on original equipment/design/brand manufacturer bases.

Besides its domestic sales, the company exports to mainland China, Southeast Asian nations, the U.S., Canada and Europe.
