Chun Chu Co., Ltd., established in 1985, specializes in developing and manufacturing different types of textile machines using self-developed manufacturing technologies. The company's team of veteran technicians brings optimal solutions to the yarn-weaving process.

With approximately two decades of manufacturing experience in this field, Chun Chu has successfully developed a complete range of models that add up to whole-plant solutions. "For exports of whole-plant equipment, we help customers plan and design production lines meeting all requirements," says Lu Yen-tsung, general manager of the company.

Major product lines produced by Chun Chu include beaming machines for filament yarns, high-speed yarn-weaving machines, high-speed double-side box-sizing machines, and high-speed sectional-wrapping machines. The firm is now in the final stages of development of an advanced embossing machine that will be unveiled in the next one or two months.

The company's beaming machines for filament yarns ensure operator and machine safety during the weaving process and are easy to operate. Warp preparation is done with stable tension control.

One of the company's hottest-selling machine series is the AC202A-series direct warper for filament yarns. The firm has developed three models, and is working on more. The AC202A-series machines can process from 450 to 1,000 yards per minute.

Half of Chun Chu's output is exported; major markets are mainland China, Southeast Asia, the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Western Europe, and Africa.
