Denver Industrial Co., Ltd. Is a specialized maker of precision lathes (including high-speed, heavy- duty powerful, large-ball oil-pipe, and specific-use milling models), milling machines (vertical and bed types), and cutting centers.

Established in 1971 by chairman Kao Yuan-tang, Denver has grown to become a leading international machinery supplier, shipping to customers worldwide in industries as diverse as airplane production, ship-making, and oil exploration.

Denver developed the DM-180 vertical-type milling machine in 2001 in cooperation with a European customer. The advanced model features several advantages, including front-located hand- wheels, an advanced hydraulic-clutch system, ball-screw X- and Y-axes, and a rapid feeding system. Kao says that his company exports large numbers of the DM-180 to Europe, and that the model has won an outstanding reputation for quality in all markets.

As part of Denver's ongoing production-upgrade efforts, the company is cooperating with an affiliate of the local Pou Chen Group, the world's largest shoe-making conglomerate, to adopt the most advanced computer numerically controlled (CNC) modules. With the high-level control technology provided by the new partner, Kuo is very confident about the functions and operational interfaces of his company's machinery products.

With over 30 years' experience in the machinery manufacturing industry, Kao is deeply committed to development of the best-possible machinery, both to ensure customer satisfaction and his company's sustainable operations. The chairman hopes that each Denver-made lathe and milling machine enables the greatest efficiency for users worldwide, thereby enabling the latter's maximum profitability.

In the company's efforts at development of heavy- duty precision lathes, Kao says that the goal has been understanding of ever more challenging market requirements and the upgrading of locally made models.

Kao states that he is never satisfied with Denver's current success; on the contrary, ever greater relative amounts of the company's revenues are poured into the development of the most advanced and highest-precision models in the line!X especially CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, cutting centers, and other specific-use machines. With an integrated development and production focus, Denver's machine products have proven most valuable and as a result are now exported to over 20 nations.

In seeking to secure the firm's long-term viability and profitability, the establishment of long-term cooperative ties with partners is sought, and the supply of quality machines on an original equipment/design manufacturing (OEM/ODM) basis has become a business core.
