Safeway Machinery Industry Corporation, a leading Taiwan manufacturer of machine vises, was founded in 1985 in Chingshui, Taichung County, central Taiwan. With its two decades of accumulated experience in the industry, the company has extended its product lines to include rotary tables, sub tables and machine accessories.

Since its first days the company has been a dynamic manufacturer, providing a wide diversity of products for its clients, which are spread worldwide. The firm's founder, Hong Ching-wen, and his team have always used self-developed manufacturing technology in producing the firm's Hydraulic Indexing tables, Drill Index Heads, TACM-2400 Portable Chamfering Machines, and Taper Turning Centers. In recent years Safeway has introduced its PHV-130 and -160 Lock-down Jaw Mechanical/Hydraulic Machine Vises. The superior quality and reasonable price tags on its models have meant steadily increasing sales over the years.



To keep up with market trends and satisfy the ever-transforming needs of its clients, the firm places heavy emphasis on R&D. Safeway launched the design of its MC Compact Mechanical/Hydraulic Vise and CHV series when the CNC machining-center industry took off in Taiwan. These high-added-value products have won a solid reputation in both the international and domestic markets.
