Yih Chuan Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., established in 1973, recently added high-speed engraving and milling machines to its major product lines of machining centers, high-speed machining centers, CNC (computerized numerically controlled) milling machines and CNC double-column machines.

The company adopts high-quality FC-30 casting to strengthen the structure of the high-speed engraving and milling machines. To ensure machine's rigidity and stability during high-speed operation, the company uses high-accuracy and high-speed roller linear guideway on three axes of the machine. The machine is equipped with a built-in 30,000 rpm high-speed spindle to lower the noise level during operation.

Yih Chuan uses "Extron" as brand. Over the past decade, the company has been expanding production facility and developing innovative products to meet customer's special requirements. A majority of the company's products are made on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.

The CE and ISO9001-certified company will debut two new models, including a five-axis machining center and multitask CNC lathe in March 2009. The company says over 90% of its products are made in compliance with the European CE mark.
