TMC Technology Corp., founded in 1971, is one of Taiwan's professional manufacturers of plastic injection molding machines. The company is capable of producing a full range of such machines to meet special requirements of customers from around the world.

The company currently focuses on the development and production of toggle-, fully hydraulic-, fully electrical-, hybrid-, and insert-type models. Besides machines, TMC also specializes in system integration in turnkey system, in-mold labeling system (IML) and metal injection molding (MIM) system.

TMC's toggle-type (E series) machines provide clamping force of between 60 and 1,500 tons with the features of long operating life span, steady operation, multi-purpose, high-quality controller, multiple injection speed and pressure, which is suitable for various high-value-added industrial products.

To develop core manufacturing competence, TMC has established close cooperation projects with Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology, Industrial Technology Research Institute, and Siemens AG of Germany. The company boasts it has obtained patents in Taiwan and the U.S.

Fully hydraulic-type (H series) machines have clamping force of between 175 and 500 tons, suitable for manufacturing smaller commercial products. The fully-electric type (K series) machines feature clamping force of 50 up to 150 tons, suitable for production of high-tech, high-precision products.

The hybrid type (E-III series) machines feature clamping force of 60 up to 1,000 tons, suitable for long-term operating and cost-down goal. The insert type (HV series) machines have clamping force of 60 up to 150 tons, suitable for insert molding products.

TMC currently has two production facilities each in Taoyuan County of Taiwan, and the other Jiangmen City of Guangdong province, mainland China. The Taiwan production facility is capable of rolling out 300 plastic injection molding machines and the mainland facility 200 units, per year.

The CE mark, ISO-9001, and ISO-14001-cerfitied company uses the 'TMC' brand which has won high recognition in many industrialized nations because of the high quality of the TMC-brand products. The company boasts its products have to pass strict inspection and testing before they are shipped to customers.
