Drill point dies, self-drilling screws

Today, it supplies diamond-point, pinch-point, and bullet-point dies in addition to the dies it began with. Also, it began producing the screws in 2005.
The company builds its dies mostly with high-speed steel and carbide steel. Its screws, compliant with IFI and DIN industrial standards, are mostly made for construction and window applications.
The company is one of the few Taiwanese self-drilling screw makers providing tailor-made design services. Company chairman, Bill Cheng, is the principal design engineer with his some 30 years of experience in the field. A workforce of 20-some people including R&D guys perform quality production, supported by precision jigs and inspection instruments as well as efficient production flow.
Europe and the United States are currently the company's major order sources. The company guarantees delivery time of 70 to 90 days, on average, depending on the complexity of the layouts customers request. (KL)
