Tsair Shuenn Machinery Introduces New Models

Tsair Shuenn Machinery Ind. Co. Ltd., established in 1968, is one of the island's leading post-press makers. The company offers a wide range of products, including auto die-cutting & creasing platens, foil stamping & die cutting platens, high speed folding & gluing machines, die-making machines, window patching machines, and automatic laminator machines. Its models are sold under its own brand, "SBL," at unit prices ranging from US$200,000 to US$700,000.

With strong product quality, competitive prices, prompt delivery, and a one-year guarantee on all its products, the company claims a market share of over 85% in its domestic market. Tsair Shuenn has overseas branches in the U.S.A., the U.K., and mainland China to ensure the promptest possible service for its local clients in those markets.

Approximately 20% of the firm's products are sold in the Taiwan market. The remainder is shipped to such overseas markets as mainland China, the United States, Canada, the U.K., Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, Japan, India, Turkey, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil, Chile, and South Africa.

Since its establishment, it has focused on developing new products and improving extant equipment to meet customers' needs. The company won Taiwan's prestigious Dragon Award for innovation in 1991, and was granted ISO 9001 approval and CE Mark certification in 1998.

This year the company will introduce two new models, the SBL-1050SE Sabre and SBL 1050SEH. Both are upgraded versions of its SBL-1050SE model. The first has an optimal capacity of 9,000 sheets per hour. The second has the following special package of features: wide feeding range from 400X370mm to 1050X750mm, push and pull 2-in-1 side-guide device, and 10-zone electrical-heating system, controlled by PLC.

The company regularly displays its products at a number of major international machinery fairs, including the Drupa print-media messe in Germany, IPEX ( International Printing Machinery Exhibition ) in the U.K., and both GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO (International Graphic Communication, Prepress, Printing and Converting Exposition) in the U.S.A.

Located in Taipei, the firm's manufacturing plant has a floor area of 4,000 pings (one ping is approximately 36 sq. ft.). The firm has a workforce of 140.
