1979 ABC Taiwan Electronics Crop., founded in Yangmei, Taiwan, started production of choke coil.

1981 Acquired the second prize of good supplier from Canon.

1982 Factory building completed and axial lead conformal coating choke coil automatic processing line opend.

1983 Started exporting business.

1984 DC-DC converters and EMI filters developed.

1985 EMI filter SIF series UL and CSA approved.

1986 SMD and pulse transformers developed.

1987 EMI filter SAF series UL and CSA approved.

1988 SMD chip-inductor production started.

1990 New design CM series chip inductors completed, SMD chip balun transformers patent pending completed.

1991 CM series chip inductors patented in Germany and Taiwan. Launched in European market for high frequency

transformers.

1992 SMD filter beads completed. CM series chip ?inductors patented in mainland China. SMD balun transformers

patented in Taiwan.

1993 SMD balun transformers patented in mainland China. SMD filter bead patented in Taiwan.

1994 SMD power inductors and SMD filter beads patented in mainland China. Established U.S. subsidiary–ABC

America Electronics Corp. at Pheonix, Arizona, USA.

1995 China factory–ABC Electronics (Panyu) ?Corp. started production and delivery of SDR series.

1996 Taiwan factory ISO-9002 certified by BVQI. Established ABC Shanghai office.

1997 Established European subsidiary–ABC Europe in France. Moved ABC America Electronics Corp.
