Vietnam International Plastics & Rubber Industry exhibition, Vietnam International Package & Print Industry exhibition, Vietnam International Foodtech & Pharmatech Industry Exhibition, and Vietnam International Print & Label Industry Exhibition. The 4 shows were made possible by Ministry of Industry & Trade - Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Joint-stock Company, Paper Communication Exhibition Service, Shenzhen Mass Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service co., Ltd. The leading plastics industry exhibition opened its door from Nov 13 – Nov 16, The grand event attracted more than 12,875 local and overseas professional buyers. VietnamPlas 2008 occupied 8500 sqm exhibition ground with a total number of 220 companies from 4 inter-related industries from 20 countries including, China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Taiwan, and U.S.A. Most of the exhibitors and visitors are satisfied with the overall presentation and outcome of the exhibition; the feedbacks were positive. With the vast information exchanged and knowledge gained, VietnamPlas 2008 has lived up to its reputation of an interactive venue to challenge the global trend, and future direction, of the industry. Due to the overwhelming response, majority of the exhibitors showed interest in participating in the next year`s show. VietnamPlas 2009, is scheduled be held on Oct, 22 - 25 2009, once again in the spectacular venue, SECC, Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center.
