Established in 1996, Chongqing Yudian Automobile Spring Co., Ltd has become one of the biggest professional manufacturers of auto leaf spring and air spring. Covering 48mu of land, our new factory is conveniently located at Da' an Exit of Chongqing to Chengdu Expressway, 48miles from Chongqing.

It now possesses of not only some advanced equipments for producing, such as parabolic rolling mills, automatic hydraulic eye forming machines, automatic control quenching furnaces and automatic control tempering furnaces and stress shot blasting machines, automatic painting lines, but also some sophisticated testing equipments, such as hydraulic fatigue testing machines, universal material testing machines, hardness tester, and metallographic microscopes etc. Besides, we have a group of senior specialized technicians as well as the TQC (Total Quality Control). Our annual capability reaches 20, 000 tons and will be 40, 000 tons after moving to the new place. Our main products are air springs, parabolic leaf springs and traditional leaf springs for buses, heavy trucks, cranes and trailers etc. our springs are mainly applicable for many brands of vehicles such as Benz, Volvo, Tatra, Hongyan, Steyr, Tiema, Kinglong, Yutong, Jianghuai, Daewoo, Dongfeng, Jiefang and ISUZU etc. We also make springs for Chongqing Hengtong, Sichuan Changjiang Crane, military vehicles in Space Department, BQ - TADANO (Sino-Japanese joint Venture) and Jingcheng Heavy Industry etc. Our springs are of good quality and have fine workmanship.
