Our newest developed models -YJ-6/850HS, YJ-6/960HS-6 shuttles circular looms for weaving fabric 800-950mm is the most advanced model and the idea substitute of existed 4-shuttles looms on the market.

1. Equipped with running rollers to replace bottom slider plate of shuttles, only few lubrication oil is demanded for shuttle movement, web is easy away from oil imbruing to provide good laminating effect in future processing.
2. Unique design provides more 30% electric power saving and increasing 30% productivity but apparently reducing noise and expense on parts consumption in comparison with 4-shuttles circular loom.
3. Through the reliable mechanism, the web quality upgrading and the effective application of the low denier yarns can be obtained at the same time.
The mini 8-shuttle circular loom lift up 30% effectiveness tan the identical 6-shuttle looms, it is applicable for producing 1400 mm width fabric for wide tarpaulin (laminated) and the container bags, twin slitting web for two rolls winding are possible.

Weft break detector can stop machine automatically for warp leakage and no-weft fault and before running out of weft yam. The sensor system is a smudge-proof and dust-proof device that fulfill high accurate function in severs environment, which can upgrade the quality of textiie and decrease the weaving defects.
