1. Electricity Pane- Internal connected by PLC, entire electricity equipmwnt and safety device can be supervised and operated through electricity equipment and safety device;preset can be also modified. 2. Operating Panel- Panel is easy to operate and connected with PLC, unit operation on-site can be immediately controlled. 3. Feed Unit- Feed unit and stop devices are easy for operating by means of panel. 4. Carrier Transmission- Carrier transmission is driven by cam; throught retrospective ram stroke to carry forging parts, small pitch, low noise, high stability. 5. Cutting Unit- Driven by S-shape cam, center line of cutting axle is the max. Stable cutting function. Cutting gear and kick-out gear are processed by high frequency thermal treatment and gear grinding to enhance gear force and precision as well increase transmission efficiency and reduce noise of gear. 6. Kick-Out Unit- Kick-out cam is made by SKD11, HRC60, processing throught M.C. as tooling. Kick-out length is easily modified through adjustment of cam location. Last die can be used for stamping.
7. Coupling System- Coupling transmission and compressed brake system are upon request of client (Option). 8. Stretcher- Made by 5~10 stretching roller (depends on roller size) in order to stretch profile. Stretcher is provided with limit switch. After stretching, information will be displayed through operating panel. 9. Carry Table System- A. Spring type: provided with horizontal moving ram stroke 3 or 4, model standard assembly. B. Pneumatic type : provided with swing device and tilt rotation unit that can increase flexibility of production (As Option). |
