Main introduction
Vertex Lighting is a company located in Foshan, where is near Guangzhou, founded in 2000, including sales department, production department, purchase department, technical department, QC department, Administration department, finicial department, one showroom, one component warehouse, one finished products warehouse, one machinery workshop and one polishing workshop, 3 production lines at this moment. There are about 80 employees now, with production capacity of 200,000pcs per month. We have certificates of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001, which is about quality control systerm, Enviromental Systerm, and Healty&Safty Systerm for workers.
2. Quality control Systerm
There are totally 12 persons in charge of quality control in Vertex now, they are QC, IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC. They inspect the products according to GB7000 standard, some components are check according to AQL, for example, packages, some are fully checked, for example GU10 lampholer and elcectrical plating components. GU10 products are 100 percent Hi-flash tested.
3. Main products, Certificate and Marketing
We are specified in designing, producing and selling Fire-rated downlights now, and some normal IP65 bothroom lights. We have BS476 part21 90 minutes fireproof certificate for fire-rated downlights, and we have got UK patent for this range of products. And IP65 certificate of SGS are available for bothroom lights.
We mainly sell our fittings to Europe now, for example UK, Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, we have experience of cooperating with UK customers for almost 8 years now, we are familiar with the Building regulation of UK. We are applying UL certificate, hope we could get it within end of this year, so that we could sell our products to America.
