JacKup is a professional supplier which devotes itself into research, development, manufacturing, sales and service of ignition modules and sensors.
Reserch: JacKup is a research-driven manufacturer, we believe that with our expertise in ignition modules can always provide valuable technical advices to our clients. Up till now, we have developed a collection of 200 ignition modules applied to a wide variety of automobile models.
Development: JacKup has gone one step beyond OEM. We can develop products in accordance to the technical and functionality requirements of our clients while taking in consideration of the balance of cost and effect. We believe that for each product, there's always a balance point for its cost and function. Our job is to help our client to find that balance.
Manufacturing: In order to produce the most high quality products we implement the most high quality machineries (Automatic Optial Inspector, Ignition Module Testing Platform, Automatic Die Bonding Machine, High Speed SMT, Plastic Package Machine, Laser Trimming Machine) . There's also a balance point between labor and the usage of equipments in designing the production line. All manufacturing and sourcing process is complied with the standards of ISO/TS 16949 since 2011.
Sales and Service: We cherish the relationship with every one of our clients, we shall provide a good service as well as good products. JacKup understands that good management is as important as good products. Our ERP system is designed to track on the whole process of manufacturing from the placement of orders, sourcing of raw materials to the delivery. It also introduces a powerful CRM system to keep track of the needs of all clients.
