The Brushless Electric Screwdriver made by ABLE has now officially entered mass production for sales and a complete series models of all kinds of small, medium and large torsions ranging from 0.2 to 50 kgf-cm are available. Those are 100% designed and manufactured in Taiwan. The product quality is stable with stronger market competitiveness in price comparing to the general imported products. The Brushless Electric Screwdriver contains quite a lot features such as null-consumables, pollution-free, energy-saving, small in volume but with large torsion, long lifecycle, etc. Although its average unit selling-price is comparatively high, it provides usage durability with better cost-performance.
It includes also tunable slow-start device and could be used to match the mobilization of various work pieces; it could also be equipped with Able Screwing-Up Monitor to prevent from the case happenings such as locking negligence, non-positioned locking, etc. It provides also the functions of counting the single-workpiece numbers and counting the total workpiece numbers to assist in monitoring the workpiece quantities and screwing-up quantities (of the screws) in different hour-shifts.
