Established in 1989, Xiamen Qinxian Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (XMQX) is an ISO 9001-certified company specialized in development and manufacturing of aluminum die-casting housings for automotive alternators and starter motors.
The company claims that all of its products feature outstanding performance, most reasonable prices, and highest quality and precision levels. The firm also constantly upgrades its production techniques and equipment to take the lead in die-casting and precision processing businesses.
Currently, the firm operates a modern and integrated plant in Xiamen, Fujian Province, and employs about 150 workers--including a high ratio of R&D and quality-control staff.
Qinxian adopts top-end equipment to produce and inspect its products. Currently, the firm owns a comprehensive range of manufacturing and inspection equipment including casting, press, machining, tapping, drilling, baking, and coating machines as well as computerized numerically controlled (CNC) lathes.
The company now owns an annual capacity of about 2.5 million alternator and starter-motor housings, as well as other parts for various kinds of electrical-machinery equipment for industrial applications. With its strong R&D capability, Qinxian develops 20 to 30 new items per month to better serve customers.
