Free Replacement Policy:
Please note that GBL is not responsible for free replacements if the following conditions apply.
1. GBL's products were not used according to product instructions.
For example: If an AC Electronic transformer is used with GBL's low voltage product line the Warranty policy is void. Since GBL does not manufacture any products that work with an AC electronic transformer and our testing department determines that the LED product has been used with this transformer
