Warranty Policy:
GBL offers 30000 hours or a 3 year product warranty for our products.
Free Replacement Policy:
Please note that GBL is not responsible for free replacements if the following conditions apply.
1. GBL's products were not used according to product instructions.
For example: If an AC Electronic transformer is used with GBL's low voltage product line the Warranty policy is void. Since GBL does not manufacture any products that work with an AC electronic transformer and our testing department determines that the LED product has been used with this transformer, then the Free Replacement is not available.
2. If a client personally tries to fix a product that is defective, then the warranty is void. Please contact GBL or GBL's distributors for return instructions.
3. The items returned have exceeded GBL's warranty period.
At GBL's discretion, we may ask for defective items to be returned for testiong prior to supplying free replacement.
