Firstech Lighting Corporation was founded in Jan. 2003 by Amglo Kemlite Laboratories, Inc. to acquire the asset and business of Shenzhen Sonlite Lighting Co. Ltd.. Shenzhen Sonlite was founded in 1993 as a halogen lamp manufacturer in Shenzhen. Amglo Kemlite, a US special lamp manufacturer was founded in 1935.
