Chun Yu's drawing plant includes hard drawing and skin pass sections. Besides being provided to Chun Yu's bolt, nut, and tapping plants, wire rod produced at this plant are used by the domestic and overseas bolt and hand tool industries. The manufacturing process includes hard drawing, spheroidization, pickling, surface treatment, and skin pass, etc. The hard drawing plant uses a highly-efficient mechanical rust removal process that is the first of its kind in Taiwan and compares favorably with similar systems in Japan and Korea. The skin pass plant is responsible for the final processing of finished products. The specifications and mechanical properties of finished products are carefully controlled.
Various automated wire drawing equipment in use at the plant, together with spheroidization, pickling, and surface treatment systems, allows the production of high-precision, top-quality wire rod meeting customer requirements. |
