Our high quality thread rolling dies are made of superior special steel imported from the world-famous manufacturers of Europe, the U.S.A. and Japan, heat-treated with German salt and vacuum-furnaced to feature fine durability, toughness and strength. The thread profile is ground by Swiss REISHAUER and British MATRIX thread grinding machines. Strict quality inspection assures longer working life of the rolling dies; our precision rolling dies enable mass production of bright, precise and strong thread parts.
