1. Used for testing radiating tubes or molds to see if they conform or not.
2. Heater (0-40W) temperature can be freely set (max. 100 degrees Celsius)
3. . Testing time: can be set between 0 and 9999 seconds.
4. Preset value: can be freely set between 0 and 99 degrees Celsius.
5. Temperature curve will be displayed on the monitor when computer-operated calculation is proceeded to show "OK" or "NG" of the test results.
6. Distance between the heated unit and the test spot is 250mm maximum.
7. Fixtures for holding radiating tubes are not available.
8. Test methods:
--Place radiating tubes at a fixed position
--Test the radiating tubes for a certain period of time
--Compare the temperature of the radiating tubes with the room temperature; if the temperature of the radiating tubes are higher than preset value, they pass the test ("OK"), and vice versa ("NG"). |
