Features:
GE FONG's G4225HA is a cost-effective machine for your production work. It is designed for production of parts for bath / sanitary, automobile and air / hydraulic industries.
SPINDLE AND TOOL ADJUSTMENT
The spindle is precision manufactured from special steel, hardened and precision ground. Each tool rest is equipped with a micrometric screw, providing accurate adjustment for processing.
2-POSITION ID TOOL REST
Tool change is automatic and rapid. Tapping is done through direction change of spindle motor rotation.
BAR STOPPER ARM
For barstock protruding length control and center drill mounting. Easy to adjust.
CAM AND CAM SHAFT
Plate cams (for diameter cutting control) and tube cams (for length cutting control) can be mounted on 2 separate cam shafts. Cam exchange is easy and cam shaft can be switched over to the "HAND OPERATED" side, convenient for trial cutting.
