Taiwanese Auto Parts Suppliers Gear up at in TAPA 2023

After a five-year-long hiatus, Thailand International Auto Parts & Accessories Show 2023 (TAPA 2023) will kick off on April 5 to 8 at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) for the first time after the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. The organizers anticipate that over 500 manufacturers of auto parts, decorative accessories, and related services will be present, utilizing more than 800 booths at the event, and expected to attract more than 6,000 visitors from various regions including ASEAN, South Asia, Japan, Taiwan, China, Russia, Australia, the Middle East, South America, Africa, and Europe.

As the largest automotive manufacturing and export hub in the ASEAN region, the world's 12th-largest automaker, and with an annual export value of US$20 million, Thailand has a strong demand for AM products. In recent years, the Thai government places heavy emphasis on the EV industry and has introduced many policies such as tax deductions and subsidies to promote and encourage local manufacturers to engage in EV production. The theme of this year's event is “Sustainable for the Future”, which focuses on the latest sustainable technologies and industry trends, and the exhibitions are divided into six categories, including ”Auto Parts & Components (OEM/REM)”, “Auto Accessories, Repair”, “Maintenance & Services”, “Lubricants/Maintenance Products”, “IT & Management”, “Tools/Dies & Machine”.

This year, the Taiwan exhibition group organized by Economic Daily News/CENS will include Probe Industrial Co., Ltd., which manufactures engine parts; Cheng Mao Precision Sealing Co., Ltd., which makes oil seals; Fair Sun Industrial Co., Ltd. and Cheetah Automotive Products Co., Ltd., which produce electrical parts; Advanced-Connectek Inc., which provides advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS); Botom Co., Ltd., which rolls out power transmission systems; King Duan Industrial Co., Ltd., which supplies forgings; Elig Brake Technologies Corp., Adui Brake Industry Inc., and Shin Ding Cheng Enterprise Co., Ltd., which turn out brake systems; Asuka Autotronics Inc., which fabricates auto electronics; Sajin International Co., Ltd., which is specialized in suspension systems; Giving Industrial Co., Ltd., and View Max Industrial Co., Ltd., which are dedicated to the production of car mirrors. In total, there will be 45 exhibitors, occupying 48 booths.

In addition, CENS will also hold a booth at the venue (EH 104-O36), to circulate TAPA 2023 Show Express and a series of buyer guides and professional magazines, including the latest version of the Taiwan Transportation Equipment Guide (TTG) and USB e-Book on-site, which contain well-recognized Taiwan suppliers and their high-quality products. Furthermore, real-time business matchmaking services will be provided during the exhibition, to enable professional buyers to interact on-site with suitable Taiwanese manufacturers. With the help of CENS, Taiwan manufacturers will surely be able to return home with a full load of orders.
