At the 2015 autumn edition of the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair, held October 27-30, Adata Technology Co., Ltd. promoted its high color rendering index (CRI) LED commercial lighting fixtures and Bluetooth-enabled red-green-blue light bulbs.

Among the commercial lights included MR16 lamps, linear lights, and wall washers, which all boast CRI of 95, being relatively close to the benchmark daylight CRI 100. Emitting high CRI makes these lamps ideal for many commercial premises including jewelry store, hotels, bars, restaurants, shopping centers, and offices due to excellent luminosity.

The significantly high CRI level achieved is attributable to the unique phosphor mixture formula developed in-house by the company.

These commercial lights were promoted as lighting solutions instead of single items thanks to the smart control system connected to the Internet. A notable, practical example is the company's Aura-series RGB light bulbs controlled by Bluetooth-enabled smartphone.

Integrated Bluetooth technology enables the 8W Aura to project more than 16 million colors controlled by mobile phones that are downloaded with specific apps offered by the company. Each mobile phone can handle a maximum of 64 bulbs, all of which are controllable in the network within inter-bulb gap of 30 meters. The bulb is easy to install with an ordinary household E26/E27 socket.

Aura's multi-color and remotely controllable features make it particularly recommended for applications in hotels, restaurants, theaters, bedrooms, dining rooms, and living rooms.

Demonstrating commercial lights at the show this year suggests Adata's upbeat outlook of the LED commercial lighting market, which the company feels has much more room than the domestic lighting market to grow and command relatively higher profit margin.

The company branched out into LED lighting industry in 2010 from the PC memory module sector, in which it remains a globally leading supplier that runs outlets in mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, India, the United States, Mexico, and Netherlands as well as manufacturing facilities in mainland China and Brazil.

While promoting its own brand “ADATA Lighting”, the company is also setting up OEM/ODM operations for its lighting products.

The company's lighting operation supplies customers with complete range of quality products by taking advantage of its well trained R&D specialists, advanced optical technology, and certified testing capability.

The company's lighting product lineup covers indoor lighting, light bulb, MR16, T8 linear tube, downlight, AR111, PAR30, PAR38, candle light, outdoor lighting, LED module, street light, projection light, gas station light, tunnel light, smart lighting, RGB bulb, façade lighting, and signage lighting

Adata's lighting operation has set up a sophisticated R&D facility in mainland China and an upgraded customer service center in Taiwan with a view to providing customers worldwide with the best quality service and products.

Placing strong emphasis on research and development, quality, service and innovation, the company has been able to develop innovative lighting products in tune with customers' specific requirements.
