AVEXIR Displays High-end Memory Modules to Stand Out at Computex Taipei 2015

2015/05/30 | By Steve Chuang

In the past, when PCs remained the growth driver of the global ICT (information and communication technology) industry while the Wintel (Windows plus Intel) had reins over it, memory modules used to be one of the biggest, most important product categories available at Computex Taipei. However, with the global PC shipment continuously declining to seriously dampen the memory production sector and force most insiders to withdraw from the business, the heyday of exhibitors of this kind has gone.

But, there are still a couple of persistent players in the field, mostly well-known branded vendors and generic brand operators who survive the exodus and keep developing sustainably by focusing on innovation and special applications. Among them to show up at this year's Computex Taipei, held June 2-6, is Avexir Technologies Corporation.

Established less than 10 years ago, Avexir has been dedicated to only high-end, professional-caliber memory modules to carve out its niche in the increasingly challenging segment. Over past few years, the company has also ventured into applying plasma globes in memory modules. In doing so, the firm's memory module can create dazzling visual effect during operation, achieved by the plasma light guide tube attached on the module and powered by the flow of electric charge through the socket. This entirely meets demand of professional gamers and PC owners who are inclined to fine-tune performance their desktop models.

Catering to PC owners tending to fine-tune their computers for better performance and other reasons, such as replacing a metal case for a plastic, penetrative one to show off their hardware specifications, Avexir's light guide tube-incorporated memory modules with enchanting, flashy light effect therefore have proven relatively sough-after by gamers. With highly marketable products, the firm has actively expanded its market share by collectively promoting its products with main branded vendors of motherboards and effectively penetrated the Chinese market. Today, Avexir and its special memory modules have turned out to be a big success emulated by other rivals in the sector.

At Computex Taipei 2015, Avexir will unveil the long-awaited Avexir Raiden memory module, which has captured intense attention from global gamers since its development stage. The product is developed with a light guide tube coupled with a heat sink with non-geometric colorblock, white-blue-toned design, and features blue, lightening-like visual effect during operation, hence named for a winner of Computex d&I Awards 2015.

In addition to the product mentioned above, Avexir will also showcase a full line of its brand new Core series SSDs (solid-state drives), which are all built with its patented LED breathing light and, along with Raiden, can create unparalleled user experience for global buyers and gamers.

To attract more visitors to its booth at this year's Computex Taipei, Avexir will hold various on-stage events, as well as trivia games, where winners will be rewarded with gifts and memory modules from the company and X99-UD3/Z97MX-Gaming 5 motherboards offered by Gigabyte.
