Henma Machinery Corp.

Aluminum copy routers for doors and windows, aluminum cutting/sawing machines, metal bending machines

2014/10/31 | By Doris Chen | HENMA MACHINERY CORP.

Established in 1996, Henma Machinery Corp. has been in the machinery business for nearly 20 years now, trading mainly aluminum copy routers for aluminum door and window frames, aluminum cutting and sawing machines, and metal bending machines.

In the beginning the company focused exclusively on the European market, where the product quality and corporate credibility of which it is so proud are the keys to marketability, where industry levels are higher, and where buyers have, to some extent, more of the specialized knowledge needed to handle minor machinery problems than do those in emerging markets.

Having suffered from trying to sell to emerging countries, with their lack of an industrial base and their need for frequent knowledge support, the company's sales director, Linda Shao, stresses that selling mid- and large-sized machines to those countries without having local agents or distributors would entail tough challenges of after-sales service. Because of this, her firm now sells only smaller, maintenance-free units to avoid such troubles.

Well aware that price competition in the global market is fierce and that insufficiently cost-effective products will be weeded out or will require innovation to survive, Henma strives to turn out reasonably priced basic-industry machines with improved, innovative internal structures and enhanced functions--machines categorized as “upscale units”--to meet market trends and demands, especially in emerging markets.

Henma's CE-approved machines are designed and manufactured completely in Taiwan, and all are exported. They were originally shipped only to Europe, before the debt crisis there, but now most of them to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

The company focuses on quality, safety, innovation, and accountability, and welcomes OEM and ODM orders. (DC)
