With abundant knowledge of the properties of various materials, the company uses piano wires, stainless steel, high carbon steel, nickel plated brass, zinc plated brass, phosphorus bronze, copper bronze, and beryllium copper in the production of wire form springs, compression springs, tension springs, extension springs, helical springs, spiral springs, strip springs, and battery springs, as well as special springs with customized shapes and specifications meeting customers' requirements. Orderable with diameters from 0.1mm to 3mm, Microforce's springs are applicable to automotive, electronic, lighting, machinery, and many other purposes.

The company also supplies a variety of shafts ranging from 2.5mm to 20mm in diameter, with a tolerance of only 0.005mm. The shafts are available in different materials, such as stainless steel, aluminum, tin, palladium, copper, and nickel, and in hexagonal, square, and special shapes. They are widely used in medical devices, cameras, recorders, fax and copying machines, and others.

To ensure reliable and consistent quality, the firm's factory employs fully automatic CNC forming machines and advanced quality inspection instruments, including length gauges, optical projectors, and computerized spring testers.
