Johnson Health Likely to Reap Harvest in Q3

Johnson Health Technology Co., Taiwan-based and well-known maker of fitness and gym equipment, looks to reap harvest in Q3, 2014 due to successful penetration of the European  market.

K.C. Lo, chairman, recently said that Johnson will become the No. 1 fitness equipment brand this year in Spain, France, Holland, Belgium, and Luxemburg, as well as No. 2 in Germany and the U.K.

Since Johnson has received increasing orders from clients in Europe, it is expected to have the best quarterly performance in Q3. The company will continue to develop commercial fitness equipment this year, also aiming to find more hotels and fitness clubs as clients.

Johnson also plans to build global market network for its home gym products by setting up more sales outlets in Europe, with retailers already set up in Spain and Italy, and plans to increase the number of retailers to four or five from the current two.

To meet projected growing market demand, it is expanding  manufacturing in China and will set up a new fitness parts plant in Shanghai to supply clients in both China and overseas. (JL)
