CNC double column machining centers of various types

Founded in 2007 by mechanical technicians and experts in Taiwan, Yong Ju Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is particularly good at fixed double column machining center, sliding double column machining center, 5F double column machining center, 5A double column machining center, and horizontal milling & boring machining center.

To assure quality, the company builds machines out of the Meehanite GC-275 cast iron, hence achieving global reputation for high rigidity and stability in various applications including structure. Powerful tooling performance of the company's machines is ensured by a 100mm-diamter BT50 main spindle coupled with P4-grade angular contact ball bearing, which allows the spindle to exceed 6,000 rpm.

P-grade linear guideway, which is noted for superb drive sensibility and extremely low friction in heavy-duty, high-precision applications, ensures friction coefficient as low as 0.003 to 0.005.

Young Ju partners with Japanese companies in product development. All of its machines conform to JISB6338, VDI/DBQ3441, and ISO8636 standards with excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy, and its production meets ISO9001, ISO14001 and CE standards.

It has solid technical strength backed by precision manufacturing equipment, stringent quality inspection, scientific management, and well trained R&D specialists.

The company's machines mostly go to Europe and Southeast Asia with own-brand “FOUR STAR”, which represents the company's four golden principles—Excellence, Confidence, Intelligence, and Service. Also, the brand name signifies high quality, performance,  productivity, and reliability of the company's machines.

Soon, the company will add horizontal-type boring/milling machine to its product lines, also planning production capacity expansion.
