Jeton Uses Well-honed Technical Know-how to Add Value to Parts and Accessories for Machinery and Dolls

Jeton R/D & Mfg. Inc., a Taiwan-based supplier of parts and accessories for machinery and dolls, uses solid experience and well-honed technological know-how to add value and carve out a profitable, sustainable niche for itself in the usually thin-margin business of parts making.

Founded in 1983 in Taiwan's central city of Taichung, Jeton began by making mostly adjustable coolant hoses coupled with valves, high-pressure adjustable nozzles, and related parts for fluid transport and control in machine tools, and then ventured into toy parts and accessories. Today the company operates a modern factory and stands tall in both of its fields, with products ranging from doll armatures and eyes to adjustable coolant hose, precision valves, sprayers, high-pressure nozzles, and spraying devices--products that are popular with professional end users all over the world.

Adhering firmly to its motto of “innovation, quality, service and reliability,” Jeton emphasizes that its current success is built mainly on a strong commitment to creating the greatest possible added value and helping customers grow sustainably in the increasingly intense global competition.

Jeton is most proud of its adjustable coolant hoses, which are all made of POM plastic steel for stronger resistance to oil and chemical corrosion and the greater pliability they need for easy adjustment of length and angle without worries about springing back.

Another feature of these coolant hoses is structural durability, allowing them to be bent without causing fatigue to the hoses or reduction of their inner diameters. The non-conductive hoses, which can be packaged in cardboard boxes, bags, or coils, are ideal for use in electrical discharge machines. They are also an ideal solution for the transport of low-pressure fluids including alcohol, ethyl, acetone, commercial dish detergents, gasoline, grease, sodium hydroxide, braking oil, insecticides, and other materials.

Jeton's high-pressure adjustable nozzles, which customers see as efficient tools for boosting their competitiveness, are noted for their ability to enhance working efficiency and accuracy, safeguard the service life of cutting tools, shorten working hours, and lower costs.

The nozzle series, encompassing inclined-injection, direct-injection, and mounted types, are designed with a unique mechanical structure which allows a 360-degree gyration after being bent 35 degrees to widen injection range, and are made of high quality-materials and precisely assembled. The products are widely used in spraying, cooling, and ejector systems for various machines.

This manufacturer also applies its expertise in coolant hoses and nozzles to the development and production of various high-performance spraying devices to widen its product lineup. The JTF-002 model is a striking example, which features an aluminum-made base and an 1/4” adjustable coolant hose connected with a cooper spray nozzle, as well as two inlet ports—one 4mm snap-on for oil and the other 8mm for air—, coupled with adjustable oil screws to secure easy control of air and oil pressure. Also noted for high performance and durability, the device is suitable for cooling micro-cutting while the machine is rolling at high speed.

Over the past decades, Jeton has been devoted to quality and functionality improvements, and has constantly worked out new products, such as Easy Jet-on High Pressure Adjustable Nozzle that has hit the market in 2013, in efforts to bring its professionalism and enthusiasm into full play to generate added value for both itself and customers.
