Chien Wei Launches High-precision Grinding Machines

Taipei, April 27, 2012 (CENS)--Chien Wei Precise Technology Co., Ltd., a maker of grinders in Taiwan, has recently introduced the CVG-4T high-precision vertical grinder, the first of its kind developed in Taiwan.

To be debuted at the 2012 Taipei Manufacturing Technology Show (MT duo 2012) slated for May 3-6 at the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall, this new grinder has hydro-static rotary disks featuring high loading capacity, operating accuracy, easy operation. Suitable for processing large gears, spindles and bearings, the grinder can be adopted in the machinery, mold and die, and precision automotive parts sectors.

Chien Wei general manager T.L. Lee said domestic manufacturers of industrial components and parts have to sharpen competitiveness by adopting precision grinders to raise product quality amid intensifying global competition, coupled with big Japanese makers gradually encroaching on mid- and low-tier markets.

The company noted it will strategically cooperate with domestic high-tech firms to develop higher-tier grinders to help upgrade domestic industrial parts makers.
