In November 2011, Kamioka's brand-new semi-gantry machining center LG-2500 was honored with the 18th Taiwan SME's Innovation Award based on its unique and integrated one-piece of L-shaped structure with semi-gantry axle overhangs, allowing the least floor space machine occupation, the best accessibility and control of machining processes.
