Yang Bey Aims to Develop World-Caliber Own Brand for Packing Tools

Taipei, Feb. 21, 2012 (CENS)--The Taiwan-based Yang Bey Industrial Co., Ltd., a 32-year-old manufacturer of packing tools and instruments, has stepped up exploring overseas markets and new customers worldwide, aiming to develop a world-caliber own brand.

Presently, over 90% of the company's products are exported to more than 400 customers in some 90 different countries of the world, with some of which shipped under own brand YBICO. Globally famous enterprises, such as 3M, Graninger, Fastenal, MIP and Signode, are also among the company's customers, manifesting its global reputation in the line.

Ample capacity is among the company's competitive edges. For instance, it has a daily production capacity of 10,000 units of standard tape guns or 1,500 units of strapping tools, able to handle OEM (original equipment manufacturing) orders capably.

Paying consistent attention to R&D, the company has obtained numerous multinational patents on functional innovations applied to its products and enjoyed a solid name as a competent ODM (original design manufacturer). Besides, the company is willing to help customers source other tools needed, and then combines shipments with its products for delivery.

The company supplies a variety of packing tools and instruments, including tensioners, sealers, buckles, seals, carton edge protectors, strapping dispensers, cable tie guns, wire binders, stretch film dispensers, utility knives, paper cutters, cutter stands for packaging materials, impulse heat sealers, strain relief bushing tools, label dispensers, etc., all of which are able to handle different packaging materials, such as strapping, tapes, poly bags, labels, pallet films, wire ties, bubble wraps and cartons.

Debuted in 2010, the horizontal roll paper cutter has been one of the company's hot-sellers, which is built with serrated blades that are able to cut paper and film, suitable for a maximum roll diameter of 9 inches.
