Yinsh Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. is one of Taiwan's specialized manufacturers of precision parts as bearing locknuts for machine tools for the national defense, diagnostics, and aerospace industries, adopting stringent management and occupational safety systems to ensure high product quality and minimize hazard to personnel.

The maker partners with the National Chin-Yi University of Technology in industrial and academic projects, including setting up a precision locknuts R&D and Inspection Laboratory, the first in Taiwan.

Using cutting-edge thread grinding technology in design to meet needs for precision specifications, the maker also computerizes raw material procurement, design, production and delivery to ensure high product precision, also claiming its precision thread applications in the photoelectrical, precision plastic mold industries meet stringent international standards.

Since its establishment over a decade ago, Yinsh has been committed to sustainable operations and sincere customer service, and is certified to international industrial standards as ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

Yinsh claims to have an in-house research and development team with many qualified technicians who are well trained by the government-backed occupational training center in Taichung City, central Taiwan.

The maker mainly offers self-developed product lines in three categories, including YS-series precision locknuts, SBL-series super-balanced locknuts and SGL-series superfine grinding locknuts, and has recently introduced the innovative YSPL series.

Having exported to over 20 nations and mainly to Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain, the U.S., China and Southeast Asia, the maker has major clients as Okuma Corp. of Japan and DMG Group of Germany. (BS)
