VCI paper of 100% wood pulp

Jet Long Corporation is a specialist producer of VCI paper that is corrosion-resistant and waterproof for packing various metals. The corrosion-resistant agent applied on VCI paper slowly sublimates to spread evenly over package interiors and attach to metal surfaces.

The VCI paper eliminates conventional greasing to keep product clean without washing, saving cost and labor as well as creating less pollution. Buyers can select different products to achieve resistance to corrosion and humidity to enhance quality and reputation.

This line of paper meets Taiwan's CNS standards in terms of corrosion-resistance, water-vapor transmission, tensile and bursting strengths, as well as being approved by the government-funded Industrial Technology Research Institute, with the rust-resistance able to be extended beyond a year.

Besides having to be kept out of sunshine, moisture and stored in a ventilated room of sub- 32℃, the paper has to be sealed with tape in case of crinkling or breakage. Metals must be handled with gloved hands when packing with the paper to achieve the designed corrosion-resistance. (BS)
