Rai Hsing Plastics Machinery Works Co., Ltd., established in 1950, is a pioneer manufacturer of plastic extruders in Taiwan, dedicated to supplying competitive, cost-efficient, and highly beneficial machinery models.

The ISO9001-certified company boasts it is the island's first extruder manufacturer to receive the Grade-A quality assurance award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Thanks to six decades of operations based on the motto of “quality means order”, the company's products are popular with well-established companies around the world, albeit few exposure to international exhibitions.

During the period of 1950-1970, Rai Hsing was Taiwan's major supplier of all kinds of plastic extruding machines that were mainly supplied to such plastics manufacturers as Nan Ya Plastics Corp., Formosa Plastics Corp. and China General Plastics Corp., the world's major suppliers of plastic raw materials.

After the second generation took over the management in 1975, Rai Hsing has successfully transformed itself into a specialized manufacturer of synthetic filaments making machines for various specialty raw materials, including PP/PE, PA, PET, PBT, TPR, PEEK, etc.

At present, Rai Hsing's major product lines are high-speed PP/PE flat yarn making machines, high-strength PP/PE/PET/PBT/PA monofilament making machines, four-end PVC coating machines, and tension-control winders. Of them, the high-strength PP/PE/PET/PBT/PA monofilament making machine features 100mm in screw diameter, double die heads, and 170-200kg/hr in extruding capacity.

By working with George Sahm GmbH & Co., KG, a leading manufacturer of winders in Germany, Rai Hsing has integrated its machines to incorporate the most advanced technologies and meet the highest international standards. (BS)
